When you take magnesium in a capsule form, you will need your stomach acid to ionize it instead of having it already ionized in a mixed drink.

What is the form of magnesium in this supplement?

The form of magnesium used in this supplement is magnesium citrate, one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium along with magnesium glycinate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium matate, and magnesium taurate. Magnesium citrate is a form of magnesium bound with citric acid, which is naturally found in citrus fruits. Not enough product

Although im a big fan of magnesium, when I received my order I was not pleased to see that the container was less than half full. I do not think that the $30+ I paid is worth it. I know that they put the scoop inside the container which doesnt allow to add more powder but I think the scoop can be packaged separately maybe to allow more space for more product.

We are sorry to hear your order was not up to your expectations. However, we assure you that there are 30 servings of the powder in that jar to last a month although it may not look like it given the size of the jar. We will take your feedback into consideration in our packaging updates and see if we can find a smaller jar in the future so it does not cause any confusion. As for our price, we do use a premium whole food-based source of magnesium from natural seawater and red algae designed for optimal absorption.

I appreciate that I can make mocktails using the mixed berry powder. I have made this a part of my night routine. It tastes delicious. When I use this product I have an easier time staying asleep throughout the night. I also noticed that if I am unexpectedly woken by sirens (I live by a fire station) I fall back to sleep quickly and easily. Helped so much with my insomnia!

Immediately relaxes me

I got this powder to make "sleepy girly mocktails" before bed. The recipe is magnesium, cherry juice, and sparkling water, and the berry flavor of the powder goes really well with the cherry juice. I find that I feel immediately relaxed after drinking it. The powder also lasts a really long time because you only need a small amount!
