How do I join the rewards program?
It's easy! Just create an account (and earn 10 points while doing so) to start tracking your points.
How do I see my point balance?
You can see your point balance by selecting the "Rewards" widget on the bottom right hand corner and selecting "My balance." You must be logged in to be able to see your balance.
How do I redeem my rewards?
You can redeem your rewards by selecting the "Rewards" widget on the bottom right hand corner and selecting "Redeem points." Select the reward that you want to redeem and follow the instructions. You must be logged in to do this.
Do my points expire?
As of now, no, your points do not expire. However, our point structure may change in the future.

Special challenges posted on GroupMe will have instructions on how you can submit proof for completing them, most likely through a Google form or other method.
How long does it take for my points to be added?
Points for purchases and automatic actions appear instantly. Points for custom GroupMe challenges are added manually within a few days of your submission.
